By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:GENERAL
I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission containing content which I find uncomfortable, offensive, or inappropriate. If you are unsure if the request you are going to make is something I would draw, feel free to ask as long as it is within the terms of the payment platform (VGen, PayPal, Zelle, etc.)Art is delivered in the style shown in examples. I draw humans and humanoids, including TTRPG/fantasy races. I am not able to draw furries or mechs. If you have a specific question about what I am able to draw, please feel free to each out to me.PAYMENTS
Payment is to be conducted through the agreed-upon payment platform. For pieces under $100 USD, I ask for the full payment up-front. If your commission exceeds $100 USD and you would like to do a split payment (half up-front, half upon delivery), let me know.DELIVERY
During the requesting phase, you are welcome to request a specific size for your piece (px/in/cm/mm), as well as the color profile (CMYK/RGB/P3), file type, and DPI. Otherwise, artwork will be delivered as a .png file in a high resolution at 300DPI in RGB.USE
Once the piece is finished, the client (you) may use it for personal use, and monetized use unless otherwise indicated. Credit is appreciated but not required. My artwork may not, under any circumstances, be used to train AI (including being put into AI filters) or for NFTs.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist (me) retains the rights to all art I create, including commissions. You may request I delay posting about a commission if it is a gift, though!REFUNDS
Refund terms differ slightly on VGen due to in-house rules. Please view TOS there for more specific information. I do not offer refunds unless I am not able to complete your artwork, in which case a full refund will be issued. If, for some reason, you wish to cancel your commission while it is in process, reach out to me. Depending on the situation, I may be able to offer a partial refund.COMMUNICATION
Please communicate to me in a clear and professional manner, so we can make sure you get the best commission possible! I reserve the right to cancel your commission with no or a partial refund (dependent on circumstances) if you treat me in a way that is inappropriate.
